International Olympic Day

Since its beginnings in 1948, International Olympic Day has been all about celebrating what the Olympics stands for. Movement can make us feel amazing. Daily physical activity has multiple health benefits for our bodies, hearts and minds. That's why on Olympic Day on 23rd June, join the movement to celebrate the joy of building physical activity into our daily lives.

Together with Olympic athletes and the whole Olympic Movement, this day ignites a global wave of daily exercise. And it doesn't have to be complicated – a joyful dance, a game of tag, a peaceful walk with a friend, a revitalizing run, or simply take the stairs at work.

This year, the message remains the same #StayHealthy, #StayStrong and #StayActive. A mini-Olympic Games in the office is a fun team-building exercise, or organising some ways for your employees to get active together, like a team yoga class, lunch run or cycle, will also support this important message in your workplace.
