Engaging People Employee Survey
The Engaging People employee survey provides your organisation with a comprehensive analysis of your organisations workplace culture from the employees perspective.
The survey provides insights into how employees feel about their workplace, how they experience people practices, and what is impacting their engagement.
The WRK+ employee survey, Engaging People©, measures the extent to which a company is considered to be a great workplace by its employees. The 52 statements measure employees’ perceptions and behaviours, and are categorised into three relationships:
The relationship with their organisation,
The relationship with their work, and
The relationship with their team.
These three relationships take employees on a journey so they can feel that they are part of something big, do meaningful work, and have a sense of belonging.
Employees are asked to provide ratings on a 1-5 scale (a rating of 1 corresponds with “almost always untrue”; a rating of 5 corresponds with “almost always true”). Additionally, the survey contains two open-ended questions that enable us to collect comment data.
This rich quantitative data gives us an insight into your employees’ perception of the workplace culture. It allows us to interpret a deeper level of factors that influence employees to perceive the organisation as a great workplace.
The People and Culture engagement survey can be completed by the whole company or just within a division, department, or team.
