LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

People are every organisation’s key strength, and people leaders are the critical difference between a very good company and a great place to work. 

Most people are not necessarily born as inspiring Leaders, and need support, guidance and coaching to become truly inspirational and effective. Like any new skill, Leaders need opportunities to learn, practice and perfect them as they grow and develop their own management style. 

The WRK+ Leadership Development program is ideally suited to new or existing Leaders who want to learn how to get the absolute best from their team and become the most effective Leader they can.

 

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

The Leadership Development program comprises of 10 modules.

 

The program is structured in a flexible modular format and it can be delivered in a way that best suits your Leaders and your organisation. For example 3 continuous days, 1 day each week for 3 consecutive weeks or 5 half day sessions. Each module is structured to incorporate content and theory on the topic, some practical examples and case studies, and some hands-on opportunities to practice their newly learned skills. Participants will be given loads of opportunities to share experiences with other participants along the way.
