How you can take part in the Best Places to Work Study.
At WRK+ we understand that every organisation is on its own unique culture journey. We have created several participation options for our benchmarking study to cater for each organisation’s unique position.

Study Participation Only
This option is ideal for organisations that conduct their own engagement survey and are interested in seeing how they fare in the benchmarking study.
What is included:
Online survey access for all employees (alternative survey options are available for employees without internet/email access, this may incur an additional cost);
Engaging People™ Results Summary Report;
Culture Insight™ Results Summary Report;
If your organisation is profiled as one of the best, it will receive recognition in our publication, as well as the “Best Places to Work” logo for you to use on your marketing and company material. Your company will also be profiled on Work For The Best website.

Study participation and access to in-depth Engaging People© employee engagement survey.
This option is ideal for organisations that wish to dig deeper and obtain access to their results and analysis from the Engaging People™ employee engagement survey.
What is included:
All elements from Option 1 plus;
Access to the WRK+ EMA results platform where organisations can customise their results view by demographic area (e.g. location, department, length of service, age, etc.);
Survey results broken down by the answer range
(total negative, neutral, and positive responses);Access to employee comments to obtain context to the results;
Recommendations for action planning;
Benchmark comparison to the Best, industry, size, and other demographics;
Debrief with a WRK+ consultant to discuss the results and highlight areas for focus to support your post survey action planning.

Study participation, access to Engaging People© and Culture Insight™ reports.
This option is ideal for organisations that are driven to building a better workplace by taking advantage and learning from all aspects of the benchmarking study.
What is included:
All elements of option 1 and 2 plus;
In-depth analysis and feedback on the organisations Culture Insight™ submission;
Gap analysis between the employee experience and the organisation’s intent in creating a great workplace;
Comparison and recommendations on areas for future improvements and insights to assist your organisation and leaders towards creating a stronger workplace culture.
Option 3 includes the WRK+ Certification accreditation should the organisation meet the threshold scores. Your organisation will receive WRK+ Certified Great Workplace collateral for your organisation to use on marketing and other organisation material.
