Stress Awareness Day

Helping your employees feel less stressed doesn't have to be difficult. Sometimes, the simple things are the most effective. A quick quiz can help a group take their minds off work and ease tension. For individual stress-relief, a short walk, deep-breathing or meditation will help calm the mind. For those employees with high-stress pressure at work or home, addressing the underlying cause of the stress will help provide them with some inner peace. Provide resources for them to get the help they need to manage this and show your employees that stress management is a priority and something you care strongly about, so they aren't afraid to talk about it.
